RHONDA PESTERFIELD - Columbia County DHS

On September 2, 2008, Ms PESTERFIELD has taken over the case in Columbia County from Bruce Lofland, and is now the acting supervisor. It appears by her comments that DHS, in conspiracy with TED GROVE, has usurped jurisdiction and is proceeding in fraud to move from "protective custody" to "permanency". Without facts, without claim of harm, without any articulable facts indicating a risk of harm, these tyrants have moved the unnamed kidnapped infant into their permanency program, even though there is no reason for the baby to not be home with his parents. Is this baby better off with strangers, treated as merchandise, handled by people who don't even know his name? This woman is a criminal and should be in jail instead of receiving tax-payer funds for a salary.

On September 19, 2008, Ms. Pesterfield's husband, a Mr. Walt Pesterfield, is knocking on her vicitim's door! Mr. Pesterfield is DIRECTOR of Columbia County Community Corrections. Is Ms. Pesterfield abusing her position of authority to call in extra intimidation enforcement activity?

What the HELL is the DIRECTOR doing making house calls????? And at 6pm on a Friday! And he lives 25+ miles away. And just for the beans of it, we want to note here that the location near where the parent's live does not even have a grocery store! SMALL TOWN. So, Mr. PESTERFIELD cannot even make a lame excuse like "I was just in the neighborhood buying milk and bread on the way home." He had NO legitimate business being that far from his office and home! So he was just there to intimidate and harass. These people are criminals.

These criminals are stalking the parent's, and are undoubtedly monitoring this website. As this blog has an open comments ability for anyone to comment, the criminals are hereby invited to state their case in the comment section to defend themselves. No reply is legal NOTICE to the world that they tacitly agree that the accusations made herein are true and accurate.

UPDATE: October 2, 2008. 

If you read the entry under TED GROVE, you will note that he is accused of altering and falsifying the court record, and entering a false address for the parent's. We have been told that mail was received days ago by the parents to the correct address, hand written on the envelope, and in their correct name. PROOF that DHS knows the real mailing location and name of the parents. Inside, the letter is addressed to THE WRONG NAME, and THE WRONG MAILING ADDRESS!! Further proof that these criminals have indeed falsified the court records, and are indeed trying INTENTIONALLY to interact WITH THE WRONG PERSON! The letter is signed by Ms. PESTERFIELD. This is criminally fraudulant behavior.
