From the background check we have completed so far, it appears that Ms. Fears' last known job was at the Attorney General's office, as Legal Clerk.

Ms. Fears claims to be a graduate of Langston University, although we haven't been able to verify this either. She graduated high school in 1993, and claims college graduation sometime after 2000, can't find the exact year.

Ms. Fears has more aliases, addresses, and name changes than seems humanly possible at age 33.

If you had a criminal history for bad check writing, you too might be name-jumping like this! But she worked at the Attorney General's office!? What is going on over there in Oklahoma? We found TWO different cases so far for Ms Fears for the same charges:

1998, and AGAIN in 2003. Two times for the same charges makes us wonder...

"OBTAINING MONEY OR PROPERTY BY MEANS OF A FALSE AND BOGUS CHECK"

And look! In 2000, Ms. Fears was sued by North American Captal Corp. for what looks like around $2k. Four years  and MANY garnishment orders later, it looks like she was still paying this debt. Not a very responsible person.

And AGAIN in 2006, we find a small claims case from Southern Loans of OKC.

What other secrets will we uncover? These cases were all in Oklahoma County District Court. Maybe some other courts have other cases?

We suspect that Bobby Ray Fears, age 43, of MINOT Air Force Base is (was?) her husband. We are reasonably certain that Ms. Fears/McDaniel/McDaniel-Fears/Whoever is not currently living with the father of her daughter anyway.
