Bruce Lofland - Columbia County, Oregon

Baby was kidnapped from parents on July 16, 2008. There was no warning. No "investigation". No "pre-deprivation hearing" to uphold 5th Amendment  Due Process rights. The request to kidnap came from Christine Njoroge, a social worker in Washington. Ms. Njoroge has been holding the parents children in Washington since January 2007 due to an incident of "parenting plan dispute" between the father and his ex wife. Since the Police overreacted and arrived at the house to settle a CIVIL MATTER, and laid siege to the house, and eventually attacked this family with a SWAT team, the CPS workers decided the children were in danger TEN DAYS AFTER the incident. The "stand off" occured because the father exercised his 4th Amendment Right to see a warrant before the police could come inside. They REFUSED. So the People of Washington are subject to warrantless searches, and refusal is considered a danger to the children. Even though the court's have TOTAL CONTROL over the police, and could simply have issued an order to police to never lay siege to a house with children without a proper warrant, instead they chose to torture the family and traumatize the SEVEN CHILDREN for over 20 months now. They were ordered to be returned home in May 2008. Njoroge has been actively sabotaging the case, because there is NO allegation of any abuse ever occuring in the home. Since Njoroge has delayed so long, the newborn baby was taken away also - "the case in Washington has not been ameliorated".

So, We have decided that we will offer $50 to anyone who can produce the statute in STATE OF OREGON that says "an ongoing case in another state constitutes such a substantial danger to a baby born in Oregon, that the baby must be removed from his parents care IMMEDIATELY without a hearing or investigation."  We haven't been able to identify such a statute. "Abuse" is clearly defined. This doesn't show up in the definition. Circumstances justifying removal of a child is clearly defined. It requires "Abuse". This case is kidnapping, outright, and without question.

This interview with the social worker's supervisor, Mr. Lofland, shows how calloused and cold-blooded these monsters are. They don't ever stop to think about the lives being destroyed. They only think about how they can justify keeping their job, and making the kidnappings look legitimate. THIS CASE will be the downfall of Mr. Lofland.
