Evil CPS Child Abusers Accountability

Via different channels, I have been given a copy of a statement that our friend would like shared with the world.  Seems he's been arrested over his video exposing the evildoings of CPS.   If you would like to support him somehow, send a message to this site owner and we'll see what can be done!

Hello. My name is Mark. My baby was kidnapped by CPS on July 16, 2008 with no claim of abuse or neglect. I have informed CPS, and proved on the record, that they do not have authority or jurisdiction over this baby to remove him from his parents. It is a blatant invasion, without cause, onto the sanctity of family. The CPS workers ignored me, and conspired with the "judge" to rig the game so it looks legitimate - i.e. - covering up their crimes. I have exposed their crimes. Now they have retaliated by getting me arrested. They have altered court records, falsified my name and address and residency status, and thereby have caused me to not be included in their kangaroo court process. I caught them in this deceit and exposed them and the judge on the record for fraud. On Oct 2, at 9:30pm, 4 armed police and a dog attacked me outside my home. Without announcing their purpose or intent they physically attacked me, threw me around the deck area, hit me, tossed me over a table and generally demonstrated their violent inclinations. It is 6 days later and my wrists are still bruised from the vindictive over-tightening of the handcuffs. AFTER all this, they informed me they had a warrant for the arrest of the false name that they assigned to me. The charges: "Intercepting Communications" - A MISDEMEANOR! You tube has permanently diabled yet another "tenbarrles" account! Tenbarrles4 down the drain. In 2 days, the channel had over 300 views, the uploaded videos collectively had several hundred views, and several dozen comments - ALL positive! (for tenbarrles. The hostility towards CPS is off the charts!)

Is there anybody willing to host these Interview videos for us? Please download the videos and post them!

The research team has turned up interesting results and even more interesting implications for Mr. Walt Pesterfield!

1. Walt lives at the same address as Rhonda Pesterfield (indicating he is her husband), the female social worker shown on the "CPS Interview" video. She is the new supervisor on the case for this kidnapped baby. She is pissed off at being recorded on a video shown on YouTube!

2. Walt is DIRECTOR of Columbia County Corrections Department! Did you hear that? DIRECTOR!! What the HELL is the DIRECTOR doing making house calls?? This man personally came knocking on our friend's door sometime yesterday afternoon. Reports indicate he is commanding our friend to "report to him on Monday morning". By what authority?

What kind of BULL SHIT are you people trying to pull here? This is ludicrous. Insane. You f***ing rotten filthy bastards kidnap a baby, and then resort to intimidation and threats to make this man back down from defending his RIGHTS? That is TREASON and SEDITION. Are you "advocating violence"? Are you intending to resort to threats of violence and intimidation and hostage taking to force a man to surrender his RIGHTS? Are you exposing the violence inherent in the system? Are you trying to repress this man?

I think this act alone is enough for a Federal law suit for conspiracy and abuse of power! "Husband and wife, both government agents, kidnap baby and threaten father."

We just received word that the man in the videos on YouTube posted under the "tenbarrels" account (is it version 4 now?) has gone missing! We are not sure what exactly is going on, but upon checking with his landlord, it seems that sometime this afternoon (Friday) there was a police officer or corrections officer knocking at his door. Fortunately, he was not home at the time. The "officer" apparently left a note on the door, and our friend is supposed to "check in" with this officer on Monday morning. That doesn't sound good at all.

Ok, now here's the really creepy part. You'll see that we have a page posted for Ms. Rhonda PESTERFIELD on this website. She is the new supervisor for the new social worker responsible for the kidnapped baby. And she is the stupid looking half-psychotic smirking creepy one on the "CPS Interview" video. Well, from what we have been told, the "officer" who left the note on our friend's door is none other than a Mr. Walt PESTERFIELD. Related? Um, yeah, I'm inclined to think so. It's a small town, and that is strange family name. She is in her early 40's, so he can't be her son. She doesn't seem to be the married type, but maybe she is. So we would be guessing he is either her brother or husband, or brother-in-law, maybe? No idea how old he is, so we're in the dark until the research crew gets on it. We'll have that info soon.

Given the obvious relationship, how many are inclined to think along with us that this is a set-up staged act of harassment? What could he want from our friend? To threaten him? To lock him up in jail? For what? We are inclined to think this is a jail threat, and we may have to...

Well, here we are yet again to report on YouTube.com and their CENSORSHIP.

At 12:14pm today, September 18, 2008, the useraccount "tenbarrels3" on YouTube published the "CPS Interview" videos, and we just got report that the account has been terminated already! (4:10pm). Is the "government" spending YOUR money to pay trolls to monitor the activities on YouTube? Do they have agents sitting around spending taxpayer money to watch and censor any activity that they don't want going on? Or is this just a specific vindictive act of war against this one man? The history of this man's case reads like a bad case of grade-school bully tactics. The State just doesn't like this man, so they have launched unbelieveable attacks against him over the past 4.5 years. They can't convict him of criminal behavior because he is a consumate law-abiding civilized man, so they trump up charges and hold him and his wife in jail until they are forced to plead guilty to crimes they did not commit. Since that didn't stop their pursuit of liberty and defense of their Rights, the "government" has launched multitudes of attacks against their family. The "government" is now holding their children hostage in order to coerce "compliance" and "obediance" from them. Now the "government" has enlisted YouTube.com as one of their agents of destruction, denying this man his Right to tell his story.

The man using the YouTube ID "tenbarrels", then "tenbarrels2", has been banished AGAIN!! He has recreated the account as "tenbarrels3". What is YouTube's problem? They are co-conspirators in trying to silence this man from exposing the criminal kidnapping of his baby. This must stop. We are told that this man will soon begin making video logs of this nonsense, and will name names, and call the criminals what they are. Lets hope he follows through. We need to find a video site that will host the videos so we can link them here. We are tracking YouTube's abuses. This is pathetic. Shame on YouTube. Criminal co-conspirators. Baby stealers.

Well, it seems that CPS has unlimited power and authority. They have managed to reach YouTube and get an account disabled!! The "tenbarrels" account that was used to post the videos of an interview with the criminal BRUCE LOFLAND has been disabled. They sent me the email from YouTube:

YouTube was notified of your videos "Interview with CPS - Part 2 - 2nd

Notice it says "allegation". So an allegation is now a conviction it seems. And notice it says "FURTHER uploads of these videos will result in a STRIKE against your account". Does a WARNING about a "further" act now constitute a conviction also? The user got this email, and went to login to see what was going on, and discovered his account PERMANENTLY BANNED due to "terms of use violations". What kind of crap is this? What happened to the warning and the "strike"?? Either YouTube is conspiring with CPS to protect the criminals from exposure, or CPS has more magic pixie dust that anybody realizes, and can even reach out to an internet giant like YouTube and order accounts banned at will. Spread the word people. CPS is the real enemy of The People, and YOU are in danger.

It appears that CPS in Columbia County, i.e. BRUCE LOFLAND, has already begun their efforts at retaliation. The videos from YouTube have been pulled, and the parents inform us that CPS is attempting to have an "emergency hearing" to deal with this. Of course, holding a baby hostage gives them a lot of leverage. The problem with that, though, is that CPS has already terminated visitations with the parents. What more will they do? Openly torture the baby in front of the parents to coerce "compliance"? There is no "services" being offered by CPS in this case. They are demanding "compliance" with STATE OF WASHINGTON demands, and calling that "services". They have nothing to "offer" except violence, because this family has no needs, has no problems (except tyrant's who abuse their authority to hurt the family), and have never abused any child. Since when does STATE OF OREGON have the authority to be law enforcement for STATE OF WASHINGTON? If there is no accusation of abuse regarding THIS baby, then by LAW they do NOT have authority to act against this family and kidnap this baby. What they hell are they thinking? Are they thinking? This is all about revenue. Mr. Lofland, you are a heartless, blood sucking bastard, in our opinion. And you are a spineless coward. If your neighbors understood what you do, you would be run out of the neighborhood immediately. Hello to all of the world's victims of CPS abuse! We are constantly hearing people say "they should be held accountable for what they are doing to our children!" Ok. We agree. So here we are. Let's put them in the spotlight. Vermin and cockroaches flee from the light. They will be accountable to The People who they claim to work for by exposing their wicked deeds in the open on the internet.

This is your chance to vent your grievance, expose the monster tyrant(s) who invaded YOUR family, took away YOUR offspring, injured you with their malice, and abused YOUR family. Tell us their name, what city they are from, and what ever other information you have on them. Tell us their crimes. Tell us how they hurt you, why they hurt you, what they did, what happened to your offspring while out of your care, etc.

The internet has many good sources for finding public information. Chances are, the tyrant who injured YOU has a lot of information available on the interent. As we proceed, we will share some of the sources of information with you. Until then, send us what you have, and we will try to find more for you. Pictures are EXTREMELY effective. We really want to plaster their face in bold color on the internet beside the claims of their criminal activity.

One hint for now. A lot of these criminals have high political aspirations. This means they have connections to local political activities. This also means they have their picture on the internet. And it also means they have scheduled events published. Make sure you send us that information too, if available. You can go to their events and take pictures yourself if you need a photo.
