Well, here we are yet again to report on YouTube.com and their CENSORSHIP.
At 12:14pm today, September 18, 2008, the useraccount "tenbarrels3" on YouTube published the "CPS Interview" videos, and we just got report that the account has been terminated already! (4:10pm). Is the "government" spending YOUR money to pay trolls to monitor the activities on YouTube? Do they have agents sitting around spending taxpayer money to watch and censor any activity that they don't want going on? Or is this just a specific vindictive act of war against this one man? The history of this man's case reads like a bad case of grade-school bully tactics. The State just doesn't like this man, so they have launched unbelieveable attacks against him over the past 4.5 years. They can't convict him of criminal behavior because he is a consumate law-abiding civilized man, so they trump up charges and hold him and his wife in jail until they are forced to plead guilty to crimes they did not commit. Since that didn't stop their pursuit of liberty and defense of their Rights, the "government" has launched multitudes of attacks against their family. The "government" is now holding their children hostage in order to coerce "compliance" and "obediance" from them. Now the "government" has enlisted YouTube.com as one of their agents of destruction, denying this man his Right to tell his story.
Here is the "disclaimer" that was posted to the videos before the account was banned:
Part 1 of Interview. This video captures a rare look at the unlawfully secretive operations of CPS trickery. Everyone who has ever dealt with these criminals will recognize the universal stupidity and deception these social workers so clearly display. This is why they so strongly fight against being recorded. Treat this as a training exercise, so you will know what to expect. For those who have never had the joy of such an interview, WAKE UP!! These are the idiots YOU are paying so much taxes to finance, and they are using YOUR money to kidnap babies and destroy families.
ABOLISH CPS. END THE WAREHOUSING OF OUR BABIES. CHILDREN SUFFER, WHILE THESE EVIL MONSTERS COLLECT THEIR SALARIES AND BONUSES.
TERMS OF USE DISCLOSURE FOR YOUTUBE CENSORS:
Part 1 of Interview with Bruce Lofland, DHS supervisor, and his associate Rhonda Pesterfield, employees of Columbia County DHS, Oregon. They are allegedly "government employees", so their names are "public information". Their names are published on the DHS website, with their work phone numbers, so this is not a violation of privacy to state their names.
This interview was recorded on a Kodak Z712IS digital camera. Google it, this is NOT a small camera! It was openly sitting on the table, with the strap around the operator's neck drawing more attention to it. There were four people in the room. And these snakes are allegedly "government" employees, and the interview was done at a public office. For these reasons and more, THERE WAS NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY, and the participants' failure to comment on the camera earlier is their TACIT CONSENT. This video does not condone or display acts of violence. There is no bombs being made. There is no pornography. In short, THERE IS NO VIOLATION OF YOUTUBE TERMS OF SERIVCE. Banning this video will be considered an act of unlawful censorship, unless YouTube can provide specific reasons that are consistent with their written policy.
[emphasis added] So, there you have it. YouTube has become a co-conspirator in a kidnapping, by virtue of censoring any attempt to expose the criminal racketeering organization that has caused the injury. YouTube, I think you can expect to be getting legal papers very soon, joining you as a party to the offense.
