TED GROVE - Columbia County Circuit Judge

ROLE: Columbia County Circuit Court Judge. This person rubber stamped Bruce Lofland's "protective custody" petition for kidnapping a 1 month old baby, even though it utterly failes to meet any pretense of a 4th Amendment qualifiation for search/seizure. Teddy and Bruce Lofland are buddies, and in April were both featured speakers together at a community event in  Ted's home town. There appears to be much conflict of interest going on.

Mr GROVE has since committed open fraud upon the court, on the record, several times. Mr. GROVE has utterly ignored an established private contractual agreement  between the parent's and DHS, and proceeded to order DHS to act criminally. Mr. GROVE has falsified court records, and has intentionally altered the parent's mailing location and name so that the parent's won't receive notices and papers from the court. Then DHS complains that the parent's won't give their real address, and won't attend court hearings!! What kind of crap is this? 

Mr. GROVE has ignored affidavits on the court record detailing his fraud and corruption. Mr. GROVE is biased, prejudiced, and acting without jurisdicition, as proven on the record. He is an outright criminal, who should have recused himself from the case long ago!
